The hub is the brainchild of two young enthusiasts, Sara and Igino Foglia, who have invested private funds to transform approximately 1200 m2 of space into a thriving artistic and cultural center.

The Fusion Room is a versatile ‘black box’ for performances and experimental activities, and Officina Pensiero offers a coworking space. Additionally, the Cabina Luce has been transformed into a shooting and photography room, and the exhibition and installation space is known as ARea arTE.
