From the beginning of December to January 6th, Bellegra, a charming town in Rome, transforms into a Tyrolean-style mountain village, complete with Christmas lights, decorations, and a festive atmosphere. The town’s Christmas market houses offer a wide range of traditional products, sweets, and local delicacies, creating a convivial and discovery-filled experience for residents and visitors alike. The little houses at the markets transform Bellegra into an Alpine village, making it a must-visit destination during the holiday season.
The Heart of the Event: Ice Skating Rink
The ice skating rink is the absolute protagonist of the Flavors of Christmas in Bellegra event, open every day until January 6th. On public holidays, the rink is accessible from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., while on weekdays, it opens in the afternoon. This popular attraction is a point of reference for families, children, and adults, providing a fun and social experience that animates the town center. 
The Befana and Advent Shopping competition will be held on January 6th, adding to the excitement of the event.
Music, Entertainment, and Santa Claus on Motorbikes
The weekend of December 20th promises to be an exciting one, with entertainment for children and a dj set in Piazza del Municipio courtesy of DJ Luchetto. On Sunday, December 21st, Santa Claus on motorbikes will arrive, followed by the Christmas concert of the Bellegra Musical Band, a highly anticipated event that attracts audiences from nearby municipalities.
Concerts and New Year’s Eve in the Square
The music festival continues on Sunday, December 28th with a concert by the choir directed by Margherita Ciani. On December 31st, the town will gather in the square for the New Year’s Eve in Bellegra celebrations, welcoming the new year with collective festivities. 
January 6th: Befana and Advent Shopping Competition
The Christmas calendar comes to a close on Tuesday, January 6th with the arrival of Befana, the distribution of gifts to children, and the final draw of the “Advent Shopping” competition.
