Introduction to Restaurant R-Evolution

The first edition of Restaurant R-Evolution, a new event dedicated to telling the stories of how successful restaurants are born, has achieved great success. Organized by Teamwork Hospitality and staged at Melià Milan, the event aimed to understand how the catering industry is evolving and what the decisive competitive levers are today for building a solid, profitable, and long-lasting project. The event covered various aspects, including business models, technologies, emerging formats, design, and new needs of the contemporary consumer.

A Concrete Comparison Between Protagonists of the Supply Chain

The event brought together over 550 participants, 35 partner companies, and 80 Italian and international speakers, establishing itself as a concrete opportunity for discussion between restaurateurs, entrepreneurs, hoteliers, designers, consultants, and supply chain professionals. Mauro Santinato, president of Teamwork Hospitality, commented, “In recent years, we have witnessed an enormous growth in events dedicated to food, but we realized that something fundamental was missing – a moment of discussion on everything that determines the success of a restaurant even before the first course leaves the kitchen.”
