Unopiù’s Strategic Growth in the Contract Market

Il contract market represents a fundamental lever of development for Unopiù, a historic company specializing in high-end outdoor furniture. In 2025, the company achieved a turnover of 18 million euros, marking an increase of 6.2% compared to the 16.9 million in 2024. This growth is the result of a transformation path that has redefined the business model, focusing increasingly on B2B and the contract segment, with particular attention to the hospitality sector.

As Beniamino Garofalo, CEO of Unopiù, points out: “2025 was a key year, the one in which we made concrete a strategy started at the end of 2023, when I joined the company. We have moved from a predominantly B2C setup to an increasingly B2B, multi-channel and strongly contract-oriented structure, particularly in the world of hospitality.”

Contract as the Main Growth Driver

In 2025, the contract channel accounted for 25% of the turnover, against 14% the previous year, with an increase of 60% in twelve months. This growth was supported by high-profile projects in the hospitality and naval sectors, with prestigious collaborations such as W Hotels, Falkensteiner, Borgo Egnazia, QC Terme, and Rocco Forte, as well as customized supplies for ships like MSC World America and Explore II.

Sustainable Materials and Lightweight Design

Unopiù has launched a new line, called Salò, signed by the designers Matteo Thun and Benedetto Fasciana, made of infinitely recyclable aluminum, light and without the need for maintenance. These products can remain outside and be performing, offering great flexibility for operators. The line is meant to be transverse, suitable for hotels, catering, and residential use, allowing for the creation of fluid environments between internal and external spaces, favoring conviviality.

Double-Digit Growth in Italy and Abroad

The Italian market remains central to Unopiù, with an increase of 56%, supported by the collaboration with the reseller network. The company has also expanded its international presence with a second store in Dubai, a shop-in-shop with Tollman’s in Israel, new collaborations in Brazil and in the Bordeaux area, as well as strengthening its presence in Miami and Lebanon.

2026 Objectives: 21 Million and New Markets

Unopiù’s goal for 2026 is to achieve a turnover of 21 million euros, through functional products, with identity and exclusivity, often tailor-made. The company will focus on the hospitality sector, both in Italy and abroad, consolidating its presence and building relationships with architects, developers, and operators in the sector.

Sustainability and Social Responsibility as Strategic Pillars

Sustainability is an integral part of Unopiù’s company strategy. “For us, sustainability starts from a fundamental principle: creating products of the highest quality, designed to last over time,” explains Garofalo. Unopiù also invests in environmental certifications and social initiatives, guaranteeing the use of materials from reforestable and sustainable supply chains.
