Originally from Brescia, Valerio Dallamano began his academic career in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technologies before choosing to dedicate himself to the culinary art under the guidance of master Vittorio Fusari. Over the next fifteen years, he refined his technique and taste in starred Italian and European cuisines, obtaining prestigious awards, including the Stella Michelin in Venice. «I am happy to be at the Grand Hotel Fasano – explains the chef -. Two Restaurants, Two Experiences on the Lake

The chef will take care of Trattoria Il Pescatore and La Magnolia restaurant, immersed in a large park that is home to two centuries-old magnolias. Magnolia presents itself as a contemporary bistro that enhances Italian and local excellence, while Il Pescatore offers a terrace overlooking the lake where the specialties of Brescian and Mediterranean cuisine are reinterpreted in an international key.
