The world of wine is experiencing profound changes, including climate challenges, new consumer needs, and a constantly evolving global market: we need to look ahead with awareness, responsibility, and curiosity.”

Tribute to Giulio Gambelli
The 2026 edition dedicates a special tribute to Giulio Gambelli, a historical interpreter of Sangiovese, on the centenary of his birth. Known as the “Bicchierino”, Gambelli left an indelible mark on Italian winemaking, influencing generations of producers. Wine&Siena celebrates his legacy through a journey that retraces some of the historical labels signed by him, testifying to a recognizable style and a vision deeply linked to the land and the grapes.
